Georgia‑Pacific Corrugated – Production Associate

Location:

25 Walnut St, Mt. Wolf, PA 17347.

• $21.93 per hour
• 2nd Shift Differential – $2.00 per hour = $23.93
• 3rd Shift Differential – $1.00 per hour = $22.93

• Flexible and available for any shift (including overtime, holidays, weekends).
• Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift.
• Orientation week on 1st shift (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM); shift will be assigned after orientation.

• 2nd Shift: 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (startup on Sunday nights)

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset‑care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Collaborate as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours a day in a loud, industrial, high‑volume environment.

• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, military, or similar environment.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
