Wood Finisher​/Spray Finisher; Off-Line – First Shift

Century Cabinetry of Leesport, PA is hiring a Wood Finisher / Spray Finisher for our manufacturing facility. This position focuses on spraying, staining, and finishing wood cabinetry products to meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

• Sand, scrape, and prepare wood surfaces prior to finishing
• Spray stains and finishes using spray guns and finishing equipment
• Inspect finished cabinetry for quality, color consistency, and defects
• Perform touch-ups and corrections as needed
• Mix stains and match color samples accurately
• Support the automated finishing line when needed
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

• Prior wood finishing, spray finishing, or manufacturing finishing experience preferred
• Experience with spray guns, stains, or coatings a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform physical job duties
