Director of Marketing
Marketplace Growth. Execution-Focused.
A fast-growing, community-focused startup in the dental space is hiring a Marketing Director to own growth strategy and execution for a single, high-priority business line. This role is fully dedicated to scaling a two-sided marketplace with an emphasis on durable growth, operational discipline, and long-term enterprise value.
This role is ideal for a strategist who operates like an executer - someone who can develop a full, growth-focused marketing plan AND is a hands-on operator who likes to roll up their sleeves and execute that plan. This role needs someone who understands how marketplaces grow, where they break, and how to build repeatable, defensible demand on both sides of the platform.
The RoleYou will own end-to-end marketing for a dental talent marketplace connecting professionals and practices. Your mandate is to drive demand, strengthen supply, improve conversion, and build a growth engine that holds up when pressure tested.
You will lead strategy and execution in a lean environment. You will prioritize what actually moves marketplace health and revenue. You will work closely with founders and leadership to translate growth objectives into measurable outcomes.
This role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to execute without layers, large teams, or enterprise budgets. This role is not a content creation, social-first position. Candidates whose experience is primarily creative, editorial, or community-focused will not be a fit.

- You are comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
- You have led small teams and enjoy being close to the work.
