Pfizer has created a new organization designed to lead portfolio marketing efforts in priority areas complementing brand teams by driving scale, consistency, and portfolio level impact.

As the Senior Manager of Vaccines Portfolio Marketing External Engagement you will report to Portfolio Marketing External Engagement Lead. You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of tactics that pull through the portfolio external engagement strategy and deliver belief and behavior changes to support increased immunization rates. You will be a key member of a team of marketers focused on marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics that deliver breakthrough impact changing beliefs and behaviors that maximizes the Pfizer value proposition to customers and grows immunization rates in line with CDC/ACIP guidelines and brand strategies.

You will participate in high performing cross-functional team with internal partners (Brand Teams, Field Teams, Medical, Retail & Access, Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Tech, Training, Marketing CoE) and leverage key external partners to maximize budget/resources driving best-in-class strategies and execution while measuring performance and driving continuous improvement in the strategies/execution.

This work will have broad scope and impact working across every Pfizer brand/asset, all key customer segments, with the scale to deliver meaningful change in the external market which accelerates business objectives.

Deployment of portfolio marketing campaigns with high impact on market, Exceeding annual commercial objectives, Exceeding immunization rate growth targets.

• Design, deliver and execute tactics with internal and external partners to pull through the portfolio external engagement marketing plan
• Collaborate with advertising agencies and other key internal/external partners to design/develop and gain approval of tactics on time and within budget
• Collaborate with customer facing teams, training, legal/medical/regulatory and other risk mitigation partners to execute and sustain pull through of portfolio campaign tactics
• Manage RC-approval process for assigned tactics and resources

• Bachelors degree with 6+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
• Experience developing marketing tactics and managing Review Committee approval process

• Vaccines sales / marketing experience
• Understanding of vaccines business and evolving healthcare landscape including key external stakeholder groups, customer types, population-based recommendations, manufacturer products and portfolios

Travel may include attendance at sales meetings and field rides

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $ to $. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
