Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift | Staff RN & RN Supervisor Opportunities

Athens Health & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate and clinically strong Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing facility for overnight coverage
. We are hiring for both Staff RN and RN Supervisor roles on night shift.

Available ShiftNight Shift – 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
12-hour shifts
Staff RN Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
Oversee nursing operations during assigned shift
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Serve as the clinical decision-maker during overnight hours
Address staffing, clinical concerns, and resident/family needs
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Must be 18 years of age or older
Long-term care experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience required for RN Supervisor consideration
