Pay Range: $/hour

We are seeking a reliable and skilled RN to support the Sisters living in a retirement residence. This role provides hands‑on nursing care and ensures high‑quality clinical oversight in a respectful, mission‑centered environment.

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during assigned shifts
• Monitor and document vital signs, health changes, and care needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
• Support safe transitions to hospital or appointments when needed
• Collaborate with CNAs, contract staff, and the Healthcare Coordinator
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
• Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent situations

• Active PA Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Strong nursing competencies and knowledge of best practices
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Sound decision‑making, self‑motivation, and leadership abilities
