- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state license acceptable
- Minimum 1 year of recent neonatal nursing experience in a Level III or IV NICU
- NRP certification required (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- BLS certification from AHA
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and neonatal critical care skills
- Excellent communication, family-centered care, and teamwork abilities
- Provide high-quality, family-centered neonatal nursing care in a Level IV NICU
- Monitor and assess neonates for changes in condition and intervene promptly
- Administer medications, perform NICU procedures, and operate specialized neonatal equipment
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate and support parents and families throughout the NICU stay
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols for neonatal care
