• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Care Team
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement
• Mentor and coach nursing staff members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement facility policies and procedures

• Current registered nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a long‑term care setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Compassionate and patient‑focused approach to care delivery
