• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse rehab patients.
• Monitor patient status and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on care plans.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and discharge needs.
• Support patient progress toward functional independence and rehab goals.

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in med-surg, rehab, or acute care preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
