Registered Nurse Supervisor

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients, while maintaining a warm and welcoming family atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Care Team
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement
- Mentor and coach nursing staff members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Current registered nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a long-term care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care delivery
