Registered Nurse - Float Position
This position requires 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, working from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend and holiday are required, with no call duty.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse will serve as a float nurse, providing essential care across various departments as needed. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless delivery of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide care to a diverse patient population in multiple departments.
- Monitor and manage patient health using bi-pap and hi-flo systems.
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Must have a valid Pennsylvania nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Experience with bi-pap and hi-flo required.
- BLS certification from AHA is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
This is a 13-week contract position.
