Registered Nurse – Per Diem

Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern, state-of-the-art adult acute care unit.

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs; deliver direct care including treatments and medications; coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams; educate patients and families; evaluate intervention effectiveness; troubleshoot equipment; participate in unit decision-making, safety, and quality improvement initiatives; promote safety, satisfaction, and best practices within a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing; demonstrate clinical competence; exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; committed to safety and quality care; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Complete assessments, address holistic patient needs, develop and revise care plans, collaborate proactively with team members, participate in professional development, and support organizational safety and quality metrics.
