Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting outpatient clinic teams in a team-oriented ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities:Provide clinical support to providers, assist with diagnosis and treatment, follow up on diagnostic tests, obtain patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. Assist with minor surgical procedures, collect laboratory specimens, administer medications and vaccines, and ensure a clean, prepared environment. Communicate effectively with patients and providers to ensure quality care and efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required. New and experienced LPNs are welcome. Ability to work in a clinical environment, adhere to policies, and perform duties with accuracy and professionalism. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills are essential.
