Role:
Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse specializing in Children's care, primarily in pediatric medical/surgical units.
Responsibilities include:Conducting patient assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and developing and coordinating individualized care plans. Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participating in unit-based decision-making, troubleshooting equipment, and engaging in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:Graduate from a specialty nursing training program. Ability to work in a clinical environment, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Duties:Completing assessments, formulating care plans, delivering direct patient care, collaborating with team members, and contributing to quality and safety programs.
