Shift

Night (7p.m.–7a.m.) with every other weekend and holiday.

Hours
: 36 per week.

• Assesses plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promotes adaptive responses of patient and family to achieve safety and satisfaction.
• Provides compassionate care during patient-nurse interactions.
• Coordinates patient care and staff interactions.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policy and procedure.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises plan of care based on response.
• Initiates collaboration with physicians, ancillary personnel, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Problem solves, troubleshoots, and takes corrective measures in equipment handling.
• Participates in unit‑based decision‑making regarding evidence‑based practice.
• Actively engages as a team member toward unit and organizational goals.
• Participates in patient quality and safety education programs and activities.

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program‑Nursing (Required).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania).
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• Clinical skills, communication, interpersonal communication, organizing, preceptor skills, teamwork.

Full time, 36 hours per week, night shift (7p.m.–7a.m.), alternating weekends and holidays. Self‑scheduling is available to accommodate flexibility.
