LPN – Cardiac Recovery

Role Overview: The Clinic Nurse provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families to assist in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, vital signs, assisting with procedures, collecting laboratory specimens, administering medications and vaccines, and maintaining a clean and prepared environment. The nurse documents patient information, communicates with providers, and ensures accurate record-keeping for quality care.

Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduate-level nursing training and at least 2 years of LPN experience. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety and organizational policies is required.

Key Duties:

• Support provider-led examinations and procedures
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed
