Role Overview:
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient clinic setting, supporting a specialized Urogynecology team. The nurse provides clinical support to providers, patients, and families, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and document patient history and vital signs
- prepare patients for examinations
- assist with minor procedures
- administer medications and vaccines
- process lab specimens
- maintain clean, equipped exam rooms meeting aseptic standards
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification
- prior inpatient or med-surg experience preferred
- ability to provide age-appropriate care
- collaborative team work
- Full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (eligible)
