Role Overview: An Advanced Practitioner is sought to join a Palliative Medicine team, primarily supporting inpatient needs at a medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Document thoroughly in electronic medical records, order and interpret diagnostics, and prescribe appropriate therapies.
• Adjust or discontinue medications as needed, and report significant findings to collaborating physicians.
• Perform procedures within the scope of nurse practitioner licensure.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and healthcare staff via various channels.
• Provide patient advocacy, health education, and compassionate care in understandable language.
• Follow organizational policies to meet clinical goals and standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Master's Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification is required. The role demands clinical judgment, strong communication, and procedural skills within a team-oriented environment.
