Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Medical Unit

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and patient education, to deliver compassionate and culturally sensitive support. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans, ensuring safety, patient satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning.
• Deliver direct patient care and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
• Participate in unit decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program with relevant licensure. Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
