Role Overview

This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse promotes safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions, while managing treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to policies.

Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, formulate care plans, educate patients and families, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. The role requires troubleshooting equipment, participating in evidence-based practice, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives.

Must have graduated from a nursing specialty training program and possess the ability to coordinate care, problem-solve, and work effectively in a team. Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-centered focus are essential.
