Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Trauma

Role Overview

Provides comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a trauma-step down/telemetry unit, promoting patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions.

Conducts assessments, develops and implements care plans, administers treatments and medications, and evaluates patient responses. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, resolve issues, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participates in quality improvement and safety initiatives, and actively engages in unit decision-making and evidence-based practices.

Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing; demonstrated ability to assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Experience in acute care settings is preferred but not required.

Full-time position with flexible self-scheduling, night shifts, and every other weekend and holiday.
