Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

An Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency environment. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse promotes safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions, while participating in quality improvement and evidence-based practices.

• Conduct assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Coordinate care plans, including education, discharge planning, and family needs.
• Deliver direct patient care, administer treatments, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs.
• Participate in unit decision-making, safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities.

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to work effectively in team environments, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate compassionate care. Experience in emergency or high-acuity settings is preferred.
