Registered Nurse – Graduate

This position is for a Graduate Inpatient RN responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
• Perform assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs and troubleshoot equipment.
• Participate in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and meet unit and organizational metrics.

• Graduate from a specialty training program in nursing.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
