ResponsibilitiesConduct patient assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and promote safety and quality initiatives.
Qualifications & SkillsGraduation from a nursing specialty training program, compassionate care approach, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekend, holiday, or alternate shift work, with a minimum of 24 hours availability.
Key DutiesProvide direct patient care, support discharge planning, educate patients and families, and engage in unit and organizational safety and quality activities.
