This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & SkillsGraduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
