Part Time RN – Advanced Acute Care Medical

Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse providing complex patient care in a fast-paced, 24-bed unit.

• Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
• Provide compassionate, holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and modify care accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
• Contribute to team goals, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and organizational metrics.

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and patient-centered care.

Deliver direct patient care, coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration, participate in safety and quality programs, and uphold organizational policies.
