Registered Nurse Navigator – Pediatrics Allergy

Provides patient education, promotes understanding of conditions, and ensures ongoing continuity of care. Acts as a patient navigator, coordinating pre- and post-hospital care, facilitating patient entry into care programs, and serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare teams.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary clinics and care activities.
• Communicate with patients via mail, phone, and in person to support their care plans.
• Assist in diagnosis and treatment support, collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Guide patients through care processes, reinforce education, and connect to support services.
• Maintain follow-up systems to monitor post-care patients.
• Provide nursing support and assist physicians during procedures.
• Educate team members and ensure compliance with policies.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least 2 years of RN experience required.
• Strong patient communication, coordination, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment and collaborate effectively.
