The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in outpatient settings, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and treatments. They obtain patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations, while supporting minor procedures and diagnostic tests. The LPN administers medications, vaccines, and conducts skin testing under provider supervision. They collect laboratory specimens, document patient communication, and maintain clinical environments with proper asepsis.
Responsibilities:Ensuring accurate documentation, facilitating laboratory work, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and promoting a clean, safe environment. They respond to patient questions and ensure timely communication with providers to support efficient care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduation from a nursing specialty training program is required. New and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply. The role demands strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to policies and procedures.
