Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are hiring a Multiline Representative to support both agents in one shared Colmar, PA location. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment where you will contribute to two books of business while building your own career.
We are seeking a professional who is equally strong in servicing existing customers and generating new business. You must be confident in sales conversations while delivering a high-level customer experience that drives retention and referrals.
Licensing Requirements- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 in the office
- Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting
- Licensing guidance and onboarding support are provided
Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
Role OverviewAs a Multiline Representative, you will balance production and service responsibilities across both agents’ books. You will conduct needs-based conversations, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and close new business—while also handling service requests that strengthen long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone organized, energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by performance.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage across auto, home, renters, and life products
- Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and follow-up
- Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general service needs
- Pivot service conversations into cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with both agents and team members to achieve shared production and retention goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently move between service and sales conversations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dual-agent office
- Goal-oriented with a growth mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Prior insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
