** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize online resources effectively.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should possess a background in customer service, showcasing their ability to interact positively with clients and resolve issues efficiently. Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing support is essential.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

+ Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorizations in accordance with site policies.

+ Maintain accurate access-control logs and visitor records, issue and collect temporary credentials as authorized, and report discrepancies to appropriate site contacts.

+ Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, exterior areas, and designated facility locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
