Position
Maintenance Split Shift Technician – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
LocationMilton, PA
Reports ToMaintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and production support machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and building systems to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose root causes, complete repairs promptly, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Annual training in Hazardous Waste Recycling and fire safety; familiarity with the current paint processing system required.
• Ability to read and verbally communicate in English.

- Frequently stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
- Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and equipment.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Push and pull carts, racks, and equipment throughout the work area.
- Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
- Climb ladders and work from elevated platforms as required.
- Maintain visual acuity sufficient to inspect products and identify defects.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, fiberglass particles, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves, and steel‑toed footwear.
• Noise level is usually moderate; fumes/gases are moderate to severe; the environment may become warm to hot upon occasion.
• Safety glasses are required at all times in the production environment.
• This is a full‑time permanent position.
