This position involves skilled work that supports the safe and reliable operation of plumbing and heating systems throughout the facility. As a Plumber 2, you will perform the following duties:

• System Repairs: Diagnose issues and repair plumbing and heating systems, fixtures, pumps, drains, pipes, and related equipment
• Equipment Installation: Install plumbing and heating components using blueprints, sketches, and diagrams to meet facility needs
• Preventive Maintenance: Complete routine checks and maintain equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Safety Practices: Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean to reduce hazards
• Project Planning: Assist with layout tasks and coordinate with other trades to support efficient project completion
• Technical Knowledge: Apply plumbing and pipe fitting principles to determine layouts, materials, and appropriate work methods

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This position may be called in as needed for emergencies.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Five years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures including two years performing plumbing installation and repair assignments independently in commercial, industrial, or multi‑unit residential structures;
  or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes two years performing plumbing installation and repair assignments independently in commercial, industrial, or multi‑unit residential structures.

Special Requirements:

• This position requires possession of a valid driver's license.
