** JOB SUMMARY
**** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Diversify the camper experience by implementing new ideas, activities and practices Provide unique perspectives and feedback that aid in the development of the instruction experience Other duties as assigned.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

** QUALIFICATIONS
* **** Required Qualifications
**** High School degree or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
* 1+ years of cabin counseling experience
* Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team.
* Demonstrated broad technical knowledge of management techniques.
* Provide work related references upon request
* Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting

* Preferred Qualifications:

**** Preferred 3+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
* Some college preferred
* Preferred experience in leadership
* Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.
