We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager who is ready to be the bridge between code, leadership, and client success. This is a unique opportunity for a technical expert who is just as comfortable writing production-level code as they are leading international development teams and driving technical strategy with clients.

What You'll Do:Impact & Responsibilities
- Lead by Example:
Write clean, high-performance, production-level code and set the technical standards and best practices for the entire team. - Drive Client Strategy:
Serve as the primary technical leader in all client discussions. You will present solutions, translate complex requirements, justify architectural decisions, and build trust through transparent and accountable updates. - Manage Global Teams:
Directly manage and mentor our distributed and overseas development teams, focusing on code quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement. - Own the Architecture:
Collaborate with design and product teams to architect solutions, document requirements, and oversee comprehensive technical documentation, code reviews, and system design. - Deliver Success:
Balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership to ensure the successful, high-quality delivery of all technical projects.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a director or senior leadership role.
- A proven track record of successfully managing distributed or overseas development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to present and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, organizational rigor, and a commitment to full accountability for project deliverables.
