- Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in business, information technology, data management, education, or a related field preferred - Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to learn new software and information systems.
- Preferred:
Experience with Power School, student enrollment, registration, data entry, or working in a K-12 environment.
Reports To:
Director of Technology
- Process all new student enrollments, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate student information in Power School.
- Maintain student, parent, guardian, and emergency contact information.
- Create and maintain student and staff accounts.
- Enter and verify STN, SPN, Staff Assignments, Resident District, Access School, Accountable School, and other required information.
- Perform routine data cleanup and identify duplicate or inaccurate records.
- Conduct routine data audits and correct errors.
- Assist with preparation and verification of data for state reporting.
- Assist families and school staff with registration and enrollment questions.
- Follow up on incomplete or missing registration information.
- Assist with translation of registration and enrollment materials.
- Produce routine reports and respond to routine data requests.
- Monitor routine data transfers between Power School and other district systems.
- Report complex data or technical issues to the Data Coordinator or Technology Department.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of student and staff information.
- Create documentation and lead data-related trainings
