Overview
The Account Manager will serve as a primary point-of-contact for the corporate client, acting as the voice of the client within the organization, in addition to oversight of the day-to‑day support functions for a group of assigned accounts.
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field,or 4+yearsofexperienceinarelated role
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize based on urgency
- Knowledge of themetricsystem,multi-currency transactions,timezones,and geography
- Ability to travel to clients 1 to 4 times per year.
- Serves as a primary contact for the client for day-to-day operations for assigned programs, acts as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring internal team meet client needs and deadlines
- Oversee order to cash process from customer purchase to final payment, ensuring complete and accurate on-time deliveries and invoicing.
- Where accounts require hire, train, develop, and oversee Account Coordinators and/or Customer Experience Specialists
- Develop and maintain strong relationships in all directions
- Develop and implement plans to achieve company and client goals simultaneously
- Identify and strengthen operational areas of opportunity for the accounts assigned, collaborating where appropriate with leaders to meet desired results
- Engage in regular meetings with the client and/or internal partners, leading and/or participating in discussions and preparing and presenting content as required
- Ensure all activities, from communication to project execution, align with established company policies and procedures. Use accessible documentation and training programs to stay informed and help others understand the necessity of these guidelines.
- Support team initiatives working synergistically with contributors to ensure all tasks, duties, and projects are completed on time, with accuracy, and within budget
- Partner with Finance to support timely resolution of any billing issues
- Manage timely and accurate program set up and ongoing maintenance within preferred system and tools
- Execute reports as required and/or on defined cadence, ensuring timely analytics, actions, and presentation of results and/or recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders and analyze trends to ensure proper product placement and inventory levels
- Manage one off client sourcing requests or identified opportunities within the assigned program
- Develop tailored account strategies and participate in business reviews to align company offerings with client goals
- Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up
- Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues
- Analyze and problem-solve effectively and efficiently
- Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule
- Work independently and take direction from multiple sources globally
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks
