Overview

We’re searching for a retail or sales-minded individual with an emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail who is looking to provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to all our customers. Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred, as well as the ability to identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and refer them to other team members who can assist further.
Responsibilities- Provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to customers and identify their needs beyond routine teller transactions.
- Refer customers to appropriate team members for additional products and services.
- Handle cash accurately and responsibly as part of daily duties.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and refer to appropriate team members.
- Ability to work as part of a friendly, customer-focused team.
This is a full-time position with approximately 38.50 hours per week, including Saturday mornings. Benefits include competitive pay, paid holidays and vacation, 401k, educational benefits, and career growth opportunities.
