Associate Dentist Position- Enjoy full clinical autonomy over your schedule and patient care
- dentist-owned private practice with a supportive team environment
- Competitive pay: $800 daily minimum, 35% of collections (no lab fee deductions)
- Benefits include 401(k), CE stipend, paid malpractice insurance, and license fees

- Must have: DMD, DDS degree, or International dental degree plus residency training through an ADA‑approved program
- Virginia Dental License by start date
- Residency training or some experience preferred
