Overview

Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Danville, VA or Raleigh or Charlotte, NC offices
. Typical projects involve pump station design, inflow and infiltration studies, hydraulic modeling, collection system condition assessment and design, water distribution and storage, with potential opportunities to engage on treatment projects. • Management of water and wastewater design projects.
• Pump station design, inflow and infiltration studies, hydraulic modeling, collection system condition assessment and design, water distribution and storage, with potential opportunities to engage on treatment projects.
• Lead and facilitate engineering design staff.
• Work with design team across multiple offices and disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.
• Meet client deadlines and project budgets.
• Participate in business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering field or related field.
• VA Professional Engineering license.
• 6-10 years' experience with increasing levels of project responsibilities for public sector water and wastewater projects.
• Successful track record of maintaining relationships with clients in the Charlotte market.
• Extensive technical experience in the design of wastewater conveyance systems and pump stations, water distribution and storage.
• Water/Wastewater treatment experience is a plus.
• A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
