Overview
The Manager Industrial Engineering leads plant‑wide industrial engineering efforts to optimize productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency. The role oversees the Industrial Engineering team and drives the use of plant capacity and capability management tools (PCCMT) to identify gaps and improve performance. This leader partners closely with plant management to deliver data‑driven insights and continuous improvement across operations.

Ensures accurate capacity planning and operational visibility through effective use of PCCMT tools. Supports strategic decisions with data, analysis, and recommendations that improve labor and equipment utilization. Enables continuous improvement by establishing engineered standards and aligning teams to operational excellence.
What You Will Do- Lead and develop Industrial Engineering team members to identify constraints, reduce losses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze plant staffing and optimize labor utilization across business centers through efficiency studies and workforce planning.
- Establish and maintain engineered standards, time studies, routings, and work‑center assignments.
- Support capital projects with data‑driven analysis and coordinate layout changes for operational effectiveness.
- Partner with plant leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and performance improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support data requests, scenario planning, and enterprise initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on industrial engineering.
- Experience developing engineered standards using MOST and time‑study methodologies.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Competitive pay range $105,288 - $195,533 (base pay may vary).
