The Process Engineer at NPAworldwide is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes within a lithium battery separator production environment. You will own assigned processes, analyze performance, and implement improvements across safety, quality, yield, and throughput.
Collaborating with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, EHS, and Supply Chain, you will lead root-cause investigations, establish process windows, and support scale-up and startup activities
