Maintain Tire and Battery Center safety, organization, and merchandising per policies;
Assist members with tire maintenance and repair services, including scheduling installations;
Provide expert member service, identify needs, recommend products, explain warranties, and resolve concerns;
Prioritize TBC service queue and manage appointments to maximize efficiency;
Use Sam's Garage and handheld devices to plan sales, improve service experience, and train team members
