Own VIP relationships and manage strategic accounts to generate casino revenue;
Develop and execute personalized service and marketing strategies to build loyalty among VIP guests;
Coordinate with internal partners (Gaming, Hotel, Food & Beverage) to deliver pre-trip and on-property experiences;
