The primary responsibility of the Poker Clerk is to record player names in the tracking system as well as answer orassistguests with general game types and limits.

Maintaining a Poker Satellitebank. Allduties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, Caesars Virginia policies, practices, and procedures.

Must provide a friendly and attentive demeanor in all interactions in a fast-paced environment .

Greet guests at the Poker podium and take names through the Bravo system .

Make announcements to the room

Guide new guests through the buy in and seating process .

Direct individual guests to a Poker Room Supervisor to be seated .

Answer the Poker Room phone .

Printing guest total rewards cards .

Maintain awareness of promotions and daily tournament schedules to inform guests upon questioning .

Explain and interpret basic rules of poker and betting limits .

Resolve guest concerns or direct guest to the proper manager / supervisor .

Ensures divisional / departmental customer service standards .

Properly use equipment , tools or systems to complete assigned tasks and complies with company safety standards .

Develop a working knowledge of any rules,regulations and Internal Controls applicable to your position.

Maintains a satellite bank

Provides dealers with bank fills for the table tray banks,in accordance withall departmental and company policies and procedures.

Provides players with chiptransactionsin accordance withall departmental and company policies and procedures.

Pays out poker promotions to players.

Complete all paperwork in accordance with Caesars Virginiastandards.

Hourly Rate - $15.00 per hour plus tips

Must be 21 years of age or older .

Must be able to obtain a VA Lottery Gaming License .

Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations .

Must be able to respond to visual and aral cues .

Must be able to tolerate areascontaininghighnoise levels, bright lights, and dust.
