Own all aspects of strategic relationships with 300-500 VIP players and direct account development and service while on property;
Develop and coordinate programs to attract high-limit Asian players and host guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits;
Maintain personal contact with Asian VIPs by phone and mail to build loyalty and drive revenue;
Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and pre-trip itineraries leveraging partnerships across the property;
Host on-property and off-property VIP events and manage complex guest needs with high-level service
