Copperhead Technologies seeks a Senior Joint Training Requirements Specialist to support the National Guard Bureau's J37. You will advise on Joint Training Plans and execute visits with state partners, delivering training and evaluations for joint readiness.
Required are a Secret clearance, 10+ years in Joint Training, and expert knowledge of JTS/JTT/JMSEL tools; strong communication and virtual collaboration skills are essential. Travel up to 11-20% may be required.
