Responsibilities
- Provide training and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in the areas of hygiene, eating, toileting, and community involvement.
- Responsible for working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors in a group home setting.
- Monitor health needs and provide transportation for individuals.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and prepare meals.
- Complete documentation in accordance with all applicable standards.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Rotation schedule every other weekend. Schedule includes working holidays, weekends, and during inclement weather.
Requirements- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.
- Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Annual salary range:
$32,493 - $56,863.
Shift differential: $2.00 2nd Shift, $3.00 3rd Shift.
3% increase for Certified Nursing Assistant.
