Offer the highest level of personalized service to guests and team members;
Oversee attendant/receptionist employee relations, training, product levels, service standards and linen running for spa facilities;
Maintain spa facility cleanliness and ensure proper par levels of linen, spa, and fitness inventory;
Assist with guest experience, answering telephones, checking in guests, making reservations, providing tours, and maintaining daily facility cleanliness;
