HR Coordinator - 2nd Shift (Seasonal Contract)

Pay: $30-$32/hour

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and employee support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on HR support role responsible for onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, HR systems support, training compliance, and employee assistance. This is a contract position only and is expected to continue through March 2027. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing facility and supporting employees across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Onboarding
- Welcome new hires and assist with first-day onboarding activities
- Review required onboarding paperwork and documentation
- Ensure employees have the proper PPE and safety equipment
- Introduce new employees to supervisors and work areas
- HR & Systems Support
- Support employee timekeeping and attendance processes
- Assist with timesheet corrections and payroll-related inquiries
- Update employee information within HR systems
- Process employment verification and employee documentation requests
- Support employee record maintenance and compliance activities
- Employee Relations & Attendance Support
- Monitor employee communication channels and HR inboxes
- Assist managers with employee documentation and attendance tracking
- Escalate complex employee relations matters to HR leadership
- Support workforce movement between departments as needed
- Training & Compliance
- Maintain employee training records and compliance documentation
- Monitor training completion and certification requirements
- Assist with orientation and required employee training programs
- Drug Screening Support
- Coordinate drug screening activities and documentation
- Assist with recordkeeping and compliance requirements
- Associate Degree required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Manufacturing or seasonal workforce experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable interacting with employees, supervisors, and leadership teams
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
