- Lead our Danville team by setting a clear vision for growth and fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to succeed.
- Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring that our client service remains efficient, transparent, and high-quality.
- Analyze current sales performance and implement fresh strategies to expand our presence in the local market.
- Develop meaningful partnerships with community organizations and businesses to strengthen our local footprint.
- Mentor staff members, providing them with the guidance and tools they need to reach their individual goals.
- Manage financial targets and operational workflows to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of the agency.
- Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
- Proven ability to cultivate community relationships and secure new business.
- Proficiency in agency management software and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
